2. What we collect
- Account data: name, email, phone, company, and role of users you provision in your tenant.
- Tenant business data: leads, contacts, properties, bookings, payments, and any documents you upload — owned by you, processed on your behalf.
- Telemetry: anonymised usage logs (page paths, latency, error traces) for product quality. No PII attached.
- Website analytics: aggregated visit data via cookie-based analytics for marketing measurement.
3. Where it lives
All tenant data is stored on infrastructure we operate inside India. Schema-per-tenant PostgreSQL isolation, per-tenant MinIO file storage, audit-log triggers on every business object. No tenant data is shipped to third-party AI processors.
4. Third parties
We use a small set of vendors strictly for operational needs: Zoho (transactional email), Google (analytics on the marketing site only, not the tenant app), Razorpay (payments). Their access is limited to the data needed for that function.
5. Your rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing narendhar@vridhipro.com. We respond within 30 days.
6. Changes
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes are notified by email to account owners with at least 14 days’ notice.
