1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of Vridhi Pro, operated by SDU Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd., registered at D-212, 2nd Floor, Block-D, Janapriya Lake Front, Kapra, Secunderabad, 500062, India. By signing up or using the product you accept these terms.
2. The service
Vridhi Pro is a multi-tenant CRM SaaS for real estate developers. Your subscription grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the modules included in your plan during the subscription period.
3. Your data, your tenant
Data you submit through Vridhi Pro stays yours. We process it on your behalf to deliver the service. We don’t sell, rent, or use it to train models for other customers. Details in our Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable use
- No reverse engineering, scraping, or unauthorised resale of the platform.
- No uploading content that violates Indian law or third-party rights.
- No use of the service to send unsolicited bulk communications.
5. Payment
Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as agreed in your order form. Indian taxes (GST) are extra. Non-payment after a 14-day grace period results in suspension of access; data is retained for 90 days for re-activation.
6. Availability
We target 99.5% uptime per month, measured per tenant. Planned maintenance is announced at least 24 hours in advance. See your order form for any tenant-specific SLA terms.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under these terms is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days’ written notice. On termination, we provide a one-time export of your tenant data in machine-readable format within 30 days. After that, data is purged per our retention policy.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
